Guard Response is an affordable solution that provides security guard response when end users need it most, all managed through the HomeControl2.0 app. When a customer’s security alarm is triggered, they can dispatch a Security Industry Accredited (SIA) guard to their property, ensuring swift, on-site action in the event of any security concerns.

Guard Response Service

Guard Response offers a lucrative income stream for installers. Its subscription-based model ensures financial stability and predictability, while its affordability makes it an attractive add-on for customers, simplifying decision-making during maintenance visits or new installations.

Customers subscribe to the service through their installer, with setup available via PyronixCloud. The subscription includes two free callout credits per year. When dispatched, a guard should arrive within 30 minutes—if not, the customer retains their callout credit.
