We’re delighted to announce that we have been nominated as finalists in four categories in this year’s PSI Premier Awards.
It’s a privilege to be nominated by our distributors and installers for another year running, thank you!
This year, our nominations are as follows:
🔻 Intruder Product of the Year – Enforcer V11
🔻 Software/Analytics Product of the Year – HomeControl2.0
🔻 Manufacturer/Distributor Training Award – Training On-Demand
🔻 Access Control Product of the Year – DoorbellCam
To be named finalists for Intruder Product of the Year yet again is a brilliant accomplishment. We’ve seen lots of success over the years with the Enforcer V10, and, more recently, the Enforcer V11. We’re proud to supply our Enforcer panels and know there’s continued demand from installers for our systems, year after year.
We’re also extremely pleased that HomeControl2.0 has been nominated for Software/Analytics Product of the Year. Over the last 12 months, we’ve introduced lots of brand-new, convenient features and compatibilities to HomeControl2.0; including a free personal safety feature, which enables users to send an SOS alert to a contact bubble of family and friends, whether inside or outside of the home. As a standalone product with no subscription charges, the Personal Help Alarm gives installers another selling point, and a free product, to include in their conversations with customers.
“All of our latest HomeControl2.0 updates have been aimed at offering installers more innovative solutions for boosting their growth and helping them to deliver true customer value, so we’re really pleased to see that installers have acknowledged this with their nominations,” Laurence Kenny, Marketing Director, said.
We’re thrilled to be recognised again for our Training On-Demand platform, which demonstrates that installers really value the service and show a consistent desire to learn as much as they can about our products.
Laurence said: “It’s important to us that we offer as much help as possible to installers; providing them with everything they need to improve their product knowledge and grow their business. We’re happy to know we’re delivering a service that educates installers more about our products and continues to prove popular.”
To be nominated for Access Control Product of the Year is really exciting. It’s superb to be recognised for the recent launch of the DoorbellCam, as we advance further into the IoT security market and continue to develop our SmartHome security range.
“Our latest SmartHome products have been developed with flexibility in mind, giving installers the option to fully integrate these into the system or use them as standalone solutions. We have continued on our promise to deliver a range of comprehensive solutions for every budget that work well for both installers and users, so this nomination is a great achievement for us!” Laurence said.
Our teams work incredibly hard to deliver an offering that is highly valued by customers, so to be nominated in four categories is a real testament to that.
“We welcome feedback from our customers, as we would not be able to successfully develop our business in the same way without it. Recognition of this type propels us even further to innovate and allows us to deliver the best possible products and solutions for installers,” Laurence said.
A heartfelt thank you for our nominations. The final winner in each category is voted for by you and our industry, so please get voting for Pyronix!
Don’t forget, you can also nominate us for “Technical Support Provider of the Year 2023” by typing Pyronix into the box at the bottom of the voting form.
Kelly Lees, Customer Support Manager, said: “As former engineers themselves, our Tech Support team really do understand the complexities and issues that installers are faced with. They’re always happy to share their wealth of knowledge and vast experience with installers, aiming to deliver the best possible customer support every single day. If you’ve received quality service from our team, we’d be immensely pleased to receive your vote for this category as well.”
Voting is open from now until 30th June.
