Walk Test | 步行测试
Testing a space protection sensor to identify its coverage pattern by walking though the protected area. A full walk test would be starting the panel's walk test mode and walking around the whole property to make sure each detector is triggered correctly.
Walk Test Buzzer | 步行测试响铃
Allows the installer to perform an easy and quick walk-test during the installation process, as well as providing them with an audible indication of a presence within the detection area (if required). This will create a buzzing noise to indicate an alarm activation. The buzzer can be disabled if it is not required.
Warning Devices | 警告设备
Device which sends an alarm message acoustically (siren) or optically (strobe light). Diallers are also warning devices as they inform the user of a alert on the system.
Weatherproof IP55 | 全天候防护IP55
Protection from dust ingress, high density rain, snow and low pressure water jets from any direction. The rubber gasket on the lens and the foam gasket on the PIR sensor seal the detector against all weather conditions and humidity.
Wired Alarm System | 有线报警系统
Security system where all the devices and peripherals integral the system are physically connected with wires.
Wired Detector | 有线探测器
An alarm detector that all states are indicated to the panel via a physical wire. This would be wired either 3EOL, DEOL or Double Pole.
Wireless Alarm System | 无线报警系统
Security system where all the devices on the system talk to each other via encrypted radio transmissions.
Wireless Detector | 无线探测器
An alarm detector that all states are indicated to the panel via encrypted radio transmissions.
Wireless Range | 无线距离
The maximum distance that the receiver can obtain a signal from a transmitter. The will vary from building to building depends on the obstacles in it's path.
