Light Emitting Diode (LED) | 发光二极管

A semiconductor diode, that produces light when a certain low voltage, forward bias, is applied to it. Like a normal diode it conducts only in one direction.

 

一个半导体二极管，当它施加一定的低电压正向偏置时，会产生光。 像普通的二极管一样，它只在一个方向上传导。
